Save-A-Child Campaign Vitamin Program

Children’s Medical Ministries (CMM) is again sponsoring its annual SAVE A CHILD CAMPAIGN to provide much-needed chewable multi-vitamins as well as the parasite (worm) medicine, Albendazole. These health aids will be distributed to the poorest of the poor children throughout the world. If you have ever been on a mission trip, you will agree that malnutrition of children in third-world countries is a critical issue. The distribution of multi-vitamins to these children will give them a second chance in life and a hope they never would have had without your assistance.

Because of your generous gifts last year, CMM was able to add 1,000 more street children, orphans, children of the night and victims of war to our annual distributions. Recently Bill Collins, Alvin Miller, Sam Gunti (CMM”s Director in India), and a team of five doctors and one nurse served over 1,200 adults and children in India through three medical clinics in villages outside of Hyderabad. Vitamins, health kits and CMM’s Good Life Guides, which include scripture verses and primary health issues, were distributed to 400 Hindu children at these free clinics.

At the invitation of the Muslims, Mullah (teacher of religious law), Bill, Alvin and Sam were escorted to the Muslim section of the village where they again gave out CMM’s Good Life Guides, as well as vitamins and health kits to an additional 200 Muslim children.

The CMM staff encourages our Share Partners to join us in God’s work by giving generously again this year so others can experience God’s love and provision of much-needed and appreciated multi-vitamins and related medicine.
